If you're logged in to the web app, kindly follow these steps;

From your ‘Dashboard’
Click on the “Bitcoin” option.
Choose the “Buy” option
Input the ‘dollar amount’ you wish to buy. The amount to be subtracted from your wallet is shown to you and you can:

Proceed to confirm your purchase.

ON THE MOBILE APP;

Login and tap Bitcoin trading from your home screen
Tap "Trade BTC"

FOR GHANA CUSTOMERS

You must have GHS in your wallet to initiate the Buy transaction.

Step 1: Select buy BTC

Step 2: Input your wallet address and the amount you wish to buy.

Step 3: Confirm the transaction with your transaction pin.

Do note that the exact Bitcoin value in dollars will be sent to your wallet usually within 4 hours

Step 4: Payment will be calculated using the USD equivalent of the bitcoins as at the time of receipt.

Kindly note that we only accept 5 USD worth of BTC and above. Btc below 5 USD would be forfeited.
