How the team works

The compliance department ensures that Patricia as a company complies with external standards and internal controls, Our department identifies the risks the organization faces and advises on how to avoid or deal with them. The aim is to move the company from reactive to proactive in detecting, remediating, and preventing risks. Our systems and work procedures are set up to put in place controls to protect the organization against these risks and remediate if risks do crystallize. The compliance department also monitors and reports on the effectiveness of controls in managing the organization's risk exposure. The department also resolves compliance issues as they arise and advises the company on rules and controls. In simple terms, we would like to describe ourselves as the goalkeeper of the company because we represent the last line of defense for the company.
