I am unable to send BTC ?

You may be unable to send out BTC to an external wallet if you have not upgraded your account to level 2 KYC (Govt issued ID card).

 

To upgrade your account, kindly follow these steps

 

If you're using the website,

 

Login to your account, from your dashboard,


- Click on settings


- Click on verification


- Click on the next available upgrade and complete the on-screen instructions.


- Your KYC will be verified within 24hours.

 

If you're using the mobile app.

From your Home screen.

 

- Tap Menu


- Tap Settings


- Tap Limits & Verification.


-  Tap the next available upgrade and complete the on-screen instructions.


- Your KYC will be verified within 24hours.
